Sorry, we are not allowed to have any exchanges or returns due to the nature of our products. 

It is possible to change your order before it ships. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are being packaged and shipped as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you are not able to change the order. Any pre-orders and custom-ordered items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

It depends on the status of the order that is being cancelled.  If the order has not been packaged by the warehouse, we may be able to cancel the order.  Most of the time, an order cannot be cancelled once it is sent to the warehouse because it is immediately processed, packaged, and prepped for shipment.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns after the package ships. A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price and return shipping cost will apply to exceptional returns.

All sales are final on any accessories that are purchased with an inflatable order or sold separately. We do not accept any returns.

If you cancel your order, your deposit is non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for 3rd party retailer purchases. Please contact your retailer for these issues. Print out the return label and drop it off at your nearby UPS/Fedex store.

No, we do not accept any returned items without authorized call tag from JumpOrange. 

Once a returned item has gone through our inspection process, it can take up to 30 business days to receive a refund. 

An authorized return item should be in an unused, new condition and be returned with the original box.
